Fall Homecoming Week is September 14–18! We invite our students to show their school pride by participating in our fun dress-up days throughout the week. We hope to see our Cadet families come out and support our fall athletes by attending the parade, cheering on our teams, and showing your Cadet spirit at our fall events!
We have a new goal this year to get 100% of our students engaged in a club or sport! Here in just a couple of weeks we are going to launch 20 new clubs that will take place periodically during SLC. Students will be introduced to our new clubs soon and then they'll choose which one is right for them!
Once a student chooses to get involved in a club or sport (this includes FFA, FCA, NJHS, band, ambassadors, student government, etc.) they will sign our "I AM INvolved" banner hanging in the lobby! When students get involved they are more likely to build relationships, have fun, and develop skills that lead to success.
Be sure to check-out our CMS Student News! We are proud of our students as they learn their new roles and take complete ownership over the news process. Thank you, students and Mr. Neilson for you hard work!

Our Knitting & Crochet Club is off to a wonderful start! We had a full room at our most recent meeting, and many of our students are completely new to knitting and crochet and are excited to learn.
Because they are just getting started, many students don’t yet have supplies of their own. We want to make sure that every student has the opportunity to participate, practice, and learn alongside the rest of the group, regardless of their skill level or access to materials.
If you’re able to help, donations from our Knitting & Crochet Club Wishlist would be greatly appreciated! Your generosity will help us provide the supplies students need to explore these creative skills and feel included from the very beginning.
Thank you for helping us make sure everyone has a chance to learn, create, and enjoy the club!
We are so thankful for our new CMS PTO and these amazing moms for all of their hard work, dedication, and thoughtfulness! They are off to an awesome start and have already planned and hosted some great events for our school. Be sure to follow them on Facebook to stay up to date on all they’re doing and to learn how you can get involved and support their efforts!

Our football team had an incredible experience on Sunday as they got to scrimmage at Lucas Oil! Thank you to Mrs. Begle, our coaches, and our families for making this opportunity happen for our football players. I'm sure this is an experience they will never forget!

Please see the attached school immunizations graphic. Our exclusion date has been set for 9/18 for this school year. Our goal is to have 100% of our students/families in compliance, so that no student has to be excluded from school on 9/21.
All students must have one of three items on file with the school prior to our exclusion date. (1) Up to date vaccination records on file (2) Signed religious exemption letter (3) Proof of an upcoming appointment, if scheduled after the exclusion date.
