Course fees help cover the cost of consumable materials that students use throughout the school year, allowing us to provide meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. These fees support items such as art supplies, science lab materials, PE locks, and other course-specific consumables. They are not used to purchase curriculum or instructional materials. Most courses do not have a fee, and the maximum course fee for any class is $13. Please note that these course fees are separate from the annual Chromebook/technology fee. Thank you for your partnership and support in helping us provide engaging learning opportunities for our students.
Online Enrollment for the 2026-2027 School Year is Now Open!
Completion of online enrollment is required for all students returning to Mill Creek Community School Corporation. This ensures we have accurate and up-to-date information for class placement, transportation, and school records for the upcoming year.
If your student will not be returning, please contact your child’s school office.
Important to Note:
Enrollment emails have been sent out by Amber Phillips. These are only sent to the first contact listed on the student’s account. The email contains a unique enrollment link tied to that student’s account. This process helps maintain accurate student data and prevents multiple enrollment records from being created for the same student. Please coordinate with other parent(s)/guardian(s) regarding who will complete the enrollment process.
How do I get started?
Follow this unique link and enter the unique code emailed out by Amber Phillips. Contact Amber if you need this resent: aphillips@mccsc.k12.in.us
Should I create an account?
If you’ve never completed online Returning Student Enrollment, you should create an account so you can save your progress and return later if needed. You can use an email address or cell phone number.
If you already have an account, sign in and use the same login for all students in your household.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked Required must be completed before submission.
What if I make a mistake?
Use the Previous button to go back and make changes before submitting. After submission, changes must be made by contacting your child’s school office.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
Click Submit once all required information is complete. If Submit is not available, double-check that all required fields are filled out.
What if I have more than one student in the district?
Enrollment must be completed separately for each student. After your first submission, shared family information may auto-fill for additional students to save time.
*No changes since last school year. Please be courteous and patient. We typically have everyone through in under 10 minutes!
This policy has been updated to align with Indiana's new state law requiring personal communication devices to be inaccessible to students during the school day. We appreciate your partnership as we work together to minimize distractions and maximize learning.

Please see the attached school immunizations graphic. Our exclusion date has been set for 9/18 for this school year. Our goal is to have 100% of our students/families in compliance, so that no student has to be excluded from school on 9/21.
All students must have one of three items on file with the school prior to our exclusion date. (1) Up to date vaccination records on file (2) Signed religious exemption letter (3) Proof of an upcoming appointment, if scheduled after the exclusion date.
