Enter Old Password Error

In the case you try to log into the Chromebook and receive an error that says "Enter Old Password," click "Forgot Old Password" and then click "Proceed Anyway." All data stored on the hard drive will be lost, but Google Drive data will not be affected. Please be sure to store all important data on your Google Drive account.
