Screen Recording

In short, follow these steps.

Open QuickTime.

Select File -- New Movie Recording.

Resize the window and move to your liking.

Select View -- Float on Top.

Select File -- New Screen Recording.

On the pop up box, click the down arrow and choose Internal Microphone.

Click the red record button.

Click the screen (or resize the window) to begin recording.

Click CMD+CONTROL+ESC when finished.

Export the video.

On another note, if you put your cursor over the PnP while recording, the recording dialogue box will become visible. So, avoid that if you wish.
