Planning is underway for the 2025-2026 school year. We have lots of events and fundraisers to plan and are looking for volunteers to chair various positions to make it a successful year!

Grade Rep Roles and Responsibilities

• • Attend the monthly PTO members meetings to represent your grade to share questions, feedback, ideas, etc.

  • Act as a liaison between the grade level teachers, families, and the PTO Board

  • Interact with the grade level Facebook pages and communicate to the grade parents via ParentSquare 

  • Manage grade level email account 

  • Provide support if needed to grade level teachers in researching field trips and fundraising opportunities for field trips (ex: Title 1 funding)

  • Volunteer for at least two PTO sponsored events throughout the school year

  • Field day parent volunteer organizer

  • In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the 5th grade committee will be responsible for organizing and planning the following: yearbook, 5th grade T-shirts, talent Show, including rehearsals, graduation ceremony, 5th grade party
