Ā Pumpkin Fair is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year!Ā There are lots of ways to help:Ā Bake Sale, games, arts and crafts, setup crew, and much more
Volunteers will help with general supervision, running an activity, set up and clean up. Ā Volunteers are needed from 5:00-8:15pm.Ā All volunteers must have an active CORI form on file.Ā CORIs can be completed at the McCarthy main office.Ā Any questions, please email Erin Krashin--president@mccarthypto.org.Ā

Planning is underway for the 2026-2027 school year. We have lots of events and fundraisers to plan and are looking for volunteers to chair various positions to make it a successful year!Ā

Volunteer for at least two PTO sponsored events throughout the school year
Volunteer at McCarthy Games
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the 5th grade committee will be responsible for organizing and planning the following:
Organize Spooky Hallway during Pumpkin FairĀ
Create Yearbook (Order by March)
Order 5th Grade T-shirts (Order by March)
Organize Talent Show, including rehearsals (May)
Assist with Graduation Ceremony (June)
Organize 5th Grade Party (June)
