2025-2026 PTO Board Members

 Jillian is President, this is her 5th year on the board. Jillian also runs Active Kids & Minds, a before school program. She has 5 children, 3 of them attend McCarthy. River-5th grade, Harper-2nd grade, and Carter-Kindergarten. When she is not running around the school, you can find her at Planet Gymnastics teaching and coaching cheer tumbling classes. Jillian enjoys baking , collecting sea glass and choosing a new hiking trail to explore. 

Kara Cafasso is the Co-President.  Her son Anthony is in 3rd grade at McCarthy.  Her daughter Olivia graduated McCarthy last year and is in 6th grade at Fuller.  Kara enjoys spending time with her family, dance parties, and playing board games. She works as an event planner at Harvard University. 

Erin Krashin is the vice president.  This is her first year on the board and first year as a part of the PTO.  She is excited to be involved in all the amazing McCarthy events!

Her son Benny is in kindergarten.  Erin and her husband Steve grew up in Framingham and love being a part of the Framingham Public Schools again as parents.  

Erin is a fourth grade teacher in Ashland.  She loves family adventures, traveling, Legos and crafts. 

Wade Hicks is the Treasurer.  He has 2 kids, Tula in 2nd grade and Aidan, a senior at Newton North HS.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends at sporting events, enjoying the outdoors, leatherworking, and DIY home projects.  Wade works as Director of IT, Lab Operations and Facilities at KSQ Therapeutics in Lexington.

Danielle is mom to Tristan, currently a 1st grader here at McCarthy and her husband is a life long resident of Framingham. This is her first year on the board as Secretary, having been last years kindergarten grade rep.  

She is consistently fueled by coffee, a good 90s playlist, spin class and watching anything on Bravo.  Danielle is passionate about supporting our school community—and maybe convincing a few fellow parents to join her.

Allie is the Co-Treasurer, in her first year on the board and as a member of the PTO.

Her son, Miles, is in kindergarten and two-year old, Leo, is in preschool (and already eager to join the Meerkat community!).

Allie spends her early mornings working out at Burn Boot Camp, her weekends on activities with her kids and husband Matt,.  She is the Director of Finance and Administration for a private family foundation in Boston.
