Reading Recovery is a short-term intervention of one-to-one teaching for first graders. Reading Recovery is available to a limited number of students and is used in addition to (not in place of) good classroom teaching. Click here to get answers to some Common questions about Reading Recovery.
Literacy groups are a short- or long-term intervention of three-to-one teaching for first or second graders. Literacy groups are guided by Fountas and Pinnell's Leveled Learning Intervention System.
