On May 12, 2025, Sportrack signed a collaboration agreement with the Red Proyectum of the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) to promote applied research and knowledge transfer in the field of sports and gender equality. The main objectives of this partnership are to identify and address structural and cultural barriers that limit women’s access to leadership and coaching roles in sports, to foster the development of psychological skills, and to advance gender-transformative practices in training and club culture. Under the leadership of PhD Olga Delgado, head of the Sports 4 All: #LeadTheChange project, UNIR will develop research lines focusing on: analyzing recruitment dynamics and organizational culture, studying the impact of psychological competencies on women’s career progression, evaluating gender equality initiatives in sports organizations, assessing the influence of media representation, reviewing international best practices, investigating the role of professional networks and mentoring, and measuring the effects of training programs on women’s advancement in sports leadership and coaching. This agreement aims to generate practical recommendations and scalable solutions that foster diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in the sports sector.
