Mayville School District has one full time school nurse for the district. Office staff are trained in basic first aid and medication administration. Each school has a Medical Response Team consisting of staff trained in First Aid and CPR and they will respond to emergencies as needed as well as an AED on site. 

It is recommended your children have yearly checkups with their primary doctor, as well as dental and vision exams. Doing these preventative measures helps to find concerns early to allow for the best and most successful treatment.

It is important to alert the school nurse to any known health concerns or conditions. If you have any questions regarding a health concern or school health services, please reach out to the school nurse.
