Are you or your child feeling anxious about the coronavirus and how it has changed our lives?  Check out this graphic with your child to help put things in perspective.  When we realize many things are out of our control, it makes it easier to let them go.  And when we let them go, and they no longer "rent space" in our heads, we can relax!
