Maintenance fees for 2025

The increase is dues is roughly 6.5%.  The Board uses the previous year actual expenditures, reserve spending plan as a base our budget as a non-profit or zero budget.  Known increases for 2025 include the AOAO has monthly dues raised roughly 13% for 2025.  Other major increases include property taxes and electric fees and insurance.   Statements will be sent out end of the year and payments are due by January 31 2025 and July 31 2025.    

2025 Dues are as follows

One Bedroom $1,970 per year/ $985 semi-annual  

(First Half dues $985.00 plus 13.25% TAT Tax of $130.51 = $1115.51)

Two Bedroom $2,664 per year/ $1332 semi-annual  

(First Half dues $1332.00 plus estimated TAT Tax of $176.49 =$1508.49)
