The Maui Sunset is a condominium resort complex of 225 condos. The timeshare associations make up roughly 20% of the condos. For over 40 years the interval owners have called Maui home during their two week time periods.
As timeshare owners we call Maui home at least two weeks every year. Our goal is to maintain the resort and island atmosphere while keeping the HOA assessments lower then comparable properties on the island.
