Have trouble logging in?
Is this your first time logging in to Matt's Maker Space Lesson Library?
If yes follow steps 1-6
If no read step 1 and then scroll down to step 6
Make sure you are ONLY logged into the gmail account that you gave the administrator/facilitator.
To make sure, you could go to your email account and click on circle in the right hand corner. There will be one/many accounts listed. It will also show you which accounts you are signed into and which you are not signed into. You can make sure you are only signed into to the correct email this way. If you are signed in to other accounts make sure to sign out from them. In the image below, we can see how the user is logged in to three accounts but logged out of only one. How it is supposed to look is all the accounts should be signed out except one account-- the one you gave the facilitator/administrator.
2. Go to the middle of the page. You will see a box that looks like this:
3. Click on the "review permissions" button.
4. Select the email to continue to Matt's Maker Space Lesson Library. Make sure it is the email that you have given the administrator/facilitator to get access to the page and you have signed in to only one account. Do not click the "use another account" at this stage it will not work if you are not using the correct account. If you realize you are using the wrong account at this stage, go back to step one to sign out of the account and sign into the correct one.
5. Then you will click the "Allow" button shown in the image below.
6. Go to the Account Management page and check if you have access, if it says that your access level is "Instructor"/"Facilitator"/"Administrator", congratulations! We can't wait for your contributions to the Matt's Maker Space Community.
If you realize you have the incorrect email, click on the "logging out" option, and sign back in ONLY with the correct email i.e. the one that you gave to the administrator/facilitator.
If you have put the correct email account and it still says that your access level is "None" the facilitator/administrator might not have the email or have the wrong email and as a result you do not have access to the site.
Contact the facilitator/Administrator of the school to add your correct email to the system.
