Professor Luke Prendergast
Luke is Deputy Dean, School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences at La Trobe University. Luke's statistics research areas include robust statistics, dimension reduction and visualization of high dimensional data, meta analysis and applied statistics. Luke is a past President of the Victorian Branch of the Statistical Society of Australia.
Dr Alysha De Livera
Alysha is a Senior Lecturer in Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at La Trobe University and the Director of the university's Statistical Consultancy Platform. Alysha's statistics research interests include meta-analysis, statistical methods for high-dimensional data, and methods for handling missing values. Alysha is a past co-chair of the Statistical Society of Australia Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Section, and advocates for women in STEM.
Professor Robert Staudte
Bob is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at La Trobe University. Bob's statistics research interests include meta-analysis, robust statistics and statistical inference, including measures of evidence.
Dr Amanda Shaker
Amanda is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at La Trobe University. Amanda’s research interests include statistics anxiety, assessment and feedback, game-based learning and dimension reduction for high dimensional data. Amanda is the Teaching and Learning Coordinator for the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences as an Advance HE Fellow.
