Peter was the son of the late Dr. Kelly and Juanita Lynch Kelly. Mr. Kelly retired from Horry County School District and was a loving, caring, and very personable person. He was a jokester and loved to make people laugh. He was the type of person to give someone the shirt off of his back.

Along with his parents, Mr. Kelly was predeceased by his wife, Pamela Kelly and his sister, Matherite Demetra K. Blain 1965 HS 1967 Jr. C.
