Grader Application Form

Use this form to apply for a grader position in the Department of Mathematics. If you would like to grade for a specific instructor, please contact them directly and do not fill out this form. Only submit this form if you are not sure which class is in need of graders or which instructors to reach out to.

Grader Recommendation Form

Use this form to recommend a student for a grading position in the department.

Grader Request Form

Use this form to request a specific grader. Instructors interested in hiring a grader are encouraged to directly contact students they are familiar with. If you have not yet identified a candidate, you may request a list of qualified applicants from the Grader Coordinator. 

Grader Evaluation Form

To be developed. This will provide a mechanism for instructors to document the performance of their grader, including how they respond to constructive feedback and suggestions.
