K4 Specials Calendar

*We begin Kindergarten at 8:00am in the classroom. Students can not be dropped off earlier than 7:30 unless paying for before care. Instructional learning in the classroom begins at 8:00am sharp. Ideal drop-off is between 7:30-7:45am. Kindergarten ends at 2:00pm. Students can not be picked up later than 2:15pm without paying for aftercare.*

(Before Care hours start at 7am. After care hours go as late as 6pm.)

Important Dates:

Monday, August 25, 2025 @5:00: Kindergarten Parent Orientation-parents only

(this serves as the Kindergarten back to school night)

Wednesday, August 27, 2025:

Kindergarten Open House-parents & child

(school uniform is not required)

Last Names: A to L - 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Last Names: M to Z - 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

**Please bring ALL school supplies, in a gallon ziplock bag, with name on the bag to Open House on 8/27. All items should be taken out of the packages, except crayons, please label items with names.

**All students need a change of clothes, socks & undies in a Ziplock bag labeled with their name- to be kept in their school bags at all times.

*25/26 Specials Schedule**

Please make sure your child is dressed in spirit wear/ gym uniform and has sneakers on gym days. Not having the appropriate attire on gym days will cause deduction of points for gym class. Also please remember to return library books on media days.

Weekly Reminders:

-Please pack a small snack and water for your child everyday. Nothing that needs to be refrigerated (students take snacks out of lunchboxes and leave in seat sack during the day) and please no candy. Snacks should be dry and handheld (not messy) as sometimes we are working during snack time.

-Water is the only beverage allowed to be consumed in the classroom. Juice and milk are consumed at lunch only. (Please do not send soda as they are not allowed.)

-Please remember to wear your gym uniform and sneakers on gym days.

-Spirit wear is allowed to be worn every Friday for $1 spirit days.

-Homework Folders will go home daily. Please check behavior calendars inside daily and sign. Send folders back to school every day.
