NYC Tour Cost is $645.00 per student based on a 4 person room. We are only taking two buses.
To secure your seat, please turn in your down payment to Mrs. Mamidi in room 809 as soon as possible.
Post-dated checks are not accepted, and seats cannot be held without the down payment. All checks should be made payable to 20th Century Tours. Any checks returned as NSF will incur a $30 charge along with a required cash payment replacing the check. Unfortunately, credit cards are not currently not an option for payments.

Payment #2 $150 due Friday, November 17, 2023
Payment #3 $150 due Friday, January 19, 2024
Payment #4 $145 due Friday, March 15, 2024

Payment Information
When turning in money, please put cash, money orders, or checks in an envelope along with one of the “NYC Trip Money Slips” available below. Each envelope should have the student’s name on the front. Please also put on the memo portion of each check or money order the student’s name and NYC Trip.
Payment can be made in full at any time.

Principals have final approval and say over who is permitted to attend based on behavior. All money that is turned in up until that point will be non-refundable.
TOUR INCLUDES:
Roundtrip motor coach transportation; 2 night’s lodging in New Jersey; two breakfasts; dinner at John’s Pizzeria; dinner in Times Square; dinner on the way home; ticket to a Broadway show; 911 Memorial; admission to Top of the Rock Observation Deck; ticket for ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island; guided city tours with 20th Century Tour directors; chaperones; accident insurance; and night security from 20th Century Tours.
RESPONSIBILITY:
It is hereby understood and agreed upon by 20th Century Tours, Inc. and its clients that 20th Century Tours, Inc. and participating chaperones will act only as agents for the tour members, and therefore accept no responsibility for any delays, loss, damage or injury to person or property unless due to negligence on our part. 20th Century Tours, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes or deletions to the itinerary when deemed advisable for the well-being of the entire group.
