Meet the Librarian

Jill Shelton is the Library Media Specialist at Massac County High School. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a High School teaching certificate. In 1996 she did her student teaching at Massac County High School and was then hired to replace the retiring teacher that fall. She taught all levels of Spanish for 21 years. Also during that time she obtained a Master's degree in Education Administration at Eastern Illinois University. She then took classes in the Instructional Technology and Library Information Specialist program at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
