Students selecting a CCP course at MHS for the 2026-2027 school year MUST complete a CCP Intent to Participate Form by April 1, 2026.  If the April 1 deadline is missed, the intent form may be submitted by November 1, 2026 for Spring 2027 eligibility only.

      • A NEW Intent Form & Counseling Session Form must be completed each school year to be eligible.
