JOIN THE TEAM

Here is what you need to do to get all setup with us:

#1.   STUDENTS & PARENTS (parents are needed to complete second half of this form):

Please complete this registration ASAP, but by Friday, June 6th.

#2.   STUDENTS AND PARENTS (both):  Join our slack workspace

Our goal is utilize slack for nearly all communications this season.  This link will get you in:

Please take the time to:

• Put your full name and role (ex: parent) on your account

• Turn notifications on

• Join applicable "channels" to receive relevant information, here are some important ones at the moment:

  • #parents (for parents)

  • #winds (for woodwinds and brass)

  • #percussion2025 (for percussion)

  • #guard2025 (for guard)

#3.   STUDENTS AND PARENTS:  Turn in med form & student contract (by Friday, June 6th)  

Fill out, sign, and turn in the Emergency Medical Form & Student Contract to Ms. Broadway:  Click here.

Paper copies will be provided at our introductory meeting.

#4.  PARENTS:  Please email your child's caption head any summer vacation rehearsal conflicts (by Friday, June 6th)

If you have a conflict with rehearsals or performances after August 1st please email Ms. Broadway (abroadway@mbgsd.org )  and copy your caption head (above) to discuss special permissions.

#5.  Parents, please complete this volunteer survey by June 6th.

#6.  Order your marching shoes here if you are new or have grown... (winds & percussion only).  Order by June 15th.

• Order the size your student wears for sneakers.

• Put your student’s name as the “ship to”name. The address doesn’t matter - they all come to the school.

• Price includes shipping.

• If shoes don’t fit, we will do our best with internal swaps but they may need to be returned. Additional shipping charges will apply.

• If you have old shoes to donate, please send them in!

• Message Mr. Goldsborough or Ms. Broadway if you have financial need and need help acquiring marching shoes.
