Re: Summer Results Collection Days

I hope this letter finds you and your family well. I am writing to share the final details regarding the collection of A-level and GCSE examination results this summer.

First and foremost, I want to commend our Year 11 and Year 13 cohorts. You have been two of the most focused and impressive year groups we have ever seen at Mascalls, and you should be immensely proud of your hard work.

Please always remember that the contents of your results envelope represent only a fraction of your achievements. Your five or seven-year journey with us has equipped you with the personal skills, character, and attributes to ensure your future success, and our support for you remains even after you have left us. 

Collection Details

• Year 13 (A-level Results): Thursday 13th August,  9:00am to 10:30am  in A Hall (access via the main school entrance).

• Year 11 (GCSE Results): Thursday 20th August, from 9:00am to 10:30 in A Hall (access via the main school entrance).

Next Steps for Year 11 Students

• Staying at Mascalls Post-16: If you have successfully met the entry requirements and wish to confirm your place with us, you will be able to do so during the collection window.

• Moving on: If you plan to continue your education elsewhere, please ensure you speak to Ms Marsh before leaving A Hall to inform her of your future plans.

Alternative Arrangements

Staff will be on hand on both days to offer advice and guidance on your next steps.

If you are unable to collect your results in person, you may provide written consent for another adult (such as a parent or carer) to collect them on your behalf. Any results left uncollected after the in-person sessions will be sent out by post.
