Our Project

The world has always lived with infectious diseases. Throughout history, their appearance has transformed society, has influenced culture and has brought changes in economic flows.

At times, as at the current moment, it may seem difficult for us to find a way to contribute to stopping or limiting the spread at an individual level. In this project, we want to explore the possibilities that we have to act, and to reflect on this event.

This week we invite you to understand what infectious diseases are, to get to know their past and their consequences, and finally to explore the actions we can take to collaborate in preventing their spread.

El món ha conviscut des de sempre amb les malalties infeccioses. Durant la història la seva aparició ha transformat la societat, ha influït en la cultura i ha comportat canvis en els fluxes econòmics.

En ocasions, com en el moment actual, ens pot semblar difícil trobar la manera d’aportar alguna cosa a nivell individual per aturar o limitar l’extensió del problema. Amb aquest projecte volem explorar les possibilitats que tenim per actuar i reflexionar sobre aquest fenòmen.

Aquesta setmana us proposem entendre què són les malalties infeccioses, conèixer el seu passat i les seves conseqüències, i què podem fer per tal de col·laborar com a ciutadans i evitar la seva propagació.
