We'll explore California history, including going back in time to study the native people who first lived in our state, the European explorers, and the Spanish Mission era. Students will discover what California was like under Mexican control, how the Gold Rush impacted our state, and the development of communication and travel within our state and country. California's unique geography will be studied throughout various topics as well.
You can get to both of these through Clever!
