Open your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer or whatever you use) and go to https://pcmedia.maxdesk.net. If it's the first time you've gone there, you need to create a login. Use your school email, and whatever password you want. Then login and 'Submit new ticket'.

To stop your Outlook webmail defaulting to 'Repy All'...

Click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner left from your user picture.
From the menu that open choose:
- Options
- Office 365
- section: My app settings-> Mail
In the left pane choose: Mail-> Automatic processing-> Reply settings
Set your default response to: Reply.
Press the Save button at the top.
Click on “Options” in the top left corner to return to your mailbox.
