Lesson 04: Assemblies: Omni and Motor Wheel

Directions: (Pages 44-56 in Textbook below)

1. Open OnShape and follow the directions on Pages 44 and 45 to import the FTC Parts Template into your OnShape Workspace

2. Find the Folder named "Training Robot" and the tab named "Omni Wheel Assembly".

3. Follow the directions on pages 46 to 51 to complete the Omni Wheel Assembly

4. Find the tab named "Motor Wheel Assembly"

5. Follow the directions on pages 52 to 56 to complete the Motor and Bracket Assembly

Deliverables:

1. Create a Google Slide Deck named "Lastname Training Robot CAD." You will use this to document your progress with OnShape.

2. Create a Slide called "Omni Wheel Assembly". Place at least two pictures (Screenshots) of your Omni Wheel CAD from OnShape onto the Slide

3. Create a Slide called "Motor Bracket Assembly". Place at least two pictures (Screenshots) of the Motor Bracket Assembly onto the Slide.

4. Attach the "Lastname Training Robot CAD" to the Google classroom but do not click "submit". Continue using this slide deck and add additional images as you move through the next CAD lessons. Mr. Michaud will check the progress on the slides during the assignment. Clicking "submit" will lock you out of editing privileges of the Google Slide Deck.
