Reinforcing fundamentals and helping young athletes prepare for upcoming school/club/league tryouts

Serve, Pass, Dig Clinic - (Grades 7th-12th)
Focus on first contact - doesn't matter what position you play, this clinic will help you help your team!

Set & Attack Clinic - (Grades 7th-12th)
Will train positions separately, but also get combined reps, so great opportunity for teammates to get extra work in together!

Setter's Academy
Level 1 (ages 11u-14u) : Focus on fundamentals and understanding the setting role.
Level 2 (ages 15u-18u) : Focus on consistency, play-making, and the mental game of a setter.
June 27th & July 25th
Position Clinics - (Grades 7th-12th)
Training groups of Setters, DSs, OHs, and MHs/RSs - can train a different position each night if they want, but will be progressive training as the sessions move forward - we will NOT do the same thing at each session!
