Innovative Learning Team of Marin (ILT-M)

The purpose of the Innovative Learning Team of Marin (ILT-M) is to fortify each system’s capacity to serve the diverse social-emotional and academic needs of our individual learning communities, in service of all students in Marin.

We must act on our moral obligation to be levers of change, in particular for our low income, Black, Latino, multilingual, and special education students. We cannot do this work alone. Through collaboration, we leverage our experiences and expertise to create space for, and equitable access to, resources and opportunities for all of our districts.

When we relentlessly pursue alignment and collaboration, our collective impact can be a catalyst to great systemic change that benefits the students we serve.
