Executive Advisory Council

The Executive Advisory Council (EAC) is a countywide collaborative effort providing a platform for discussions focused on implementing the Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) and services for children and youth experiencing homelessness.

The EAC's goals seek to improve educational outcomes by fostering collaboration and interagency coordination, with a focus on improving graduation rates, school attendance, and school stability for youth experiencing homelessness and in foster care.
