By strengthening connections among providers, improving coordination of services, and expanding accessibility the IR&J partners will evolve the current network of providers into a single system of support that is resilient in the face of policy and funding shifts.
How can providers strengthen relationships and practices to operate as a responsive and accessible single system of support to the immigrant community?
What systems are needed to ensure communication within the community is aligned and productive while avoiding unnecessarily stoking fear?
Where are there overlapping efforts that could be addressed collaboratively?

Where are there “promising practices” that can be replicated and scaled?
How can we access untapped and leverage under-utilized funding sources to expand services?
Establish a communication channel for providers to share information in real time and request support / partnership when needs arise.
Create a single source for program and service information across the county, including a means of keeping data up to date and accessible.
Develop detailed organizational policies for agencies to utilize in ensuring they are prepared to support clients and staff.
Align on a shared agenda for policy advocacy to ensure local systems support the immigrant community.
