The application needs to be the latest version. Previous editions are not accepted. At the bottom of the application, it should say Dec 2023. This can be found on the (www.mcjrotc.marines.mil) website. 

 When submitting your application please make sure its in this order below, files are to be combined into ONE PDF File.

1. 1. (Last Name, First Name, MI_Instructor_Application)

Completely filled out application with wet signatures. 

Make sure SSN & EDIP are filled in next to each other on the 1st page**

• Letter(s) of recommendation to include (Reporting Seniors Letter of Recommendation)

• Command Verified Height/Weight (if already retired height/weight must be verified by a Medical Doctor)

• Signed SF 180

• Master Brief Sheet

• Proof of highest level of education COMPLETED.

(if its not in the order like ABOVE, it will get returned)

Applications sent via a .mil address must be encrypted. If transmitting an application via non-DOD email please request a DOD Safe Link.
