The application needs to be the latest version. Previous editions are not accepted. At the bottom of the application, it should say Dec 2023. This can be found on the (www.mcjrotc.marines.mil) website. 

 When submitting your application in this order, below, files must be separated, PDF format and name each file like the following:

Applications sent via a .mil address must be encrypted. If transmitting an application via non-DOD email you must do so by requesting a DoD Safe Link.
