I utilized the paint brush tool, altered layer opacity, played with blending modes and altered text to make it unique. The teeth were taken from an alligators mouth, carefully cut, morphed, and color adjusted to suit the mood. This project was a great exercise to test my PS skills and I really enjoyed working on it.
The band Midnight Sun needed a new album cover so I designed some variations for them to choose from. For this project, I utilized blending modes and different fonts to create variations of the same cover. The band originated from Alaska so I chose an Alaskan landscape with an aurora in the background as well as a full moon to represent the band's name as well as regular practicing time.
Here I attempted to make a funny meme about something most people struggle with from time to time, procrastination.
For this project, I learned how to improve the appearance of an image through a few simple color correction techniques involving adjusting levels, curves, color balance or hue/saturation.
