On March 03, 2023, 4-H Tinian hosted a movie night at the Tinian Jr. Sr. High School Cafeteria. Participants got to enjoy the movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” while spending quality time with their family and friends. The movie night was a success with over 70 youth participating at  the event.

On Saturday, March 04, 2023, Community Members and Students gathered at the Tinian Jr. Sr. High School Campus to participate in the 4-H Tinian Townhall. There, participants got to learn more about the impact that the organization has on students, along with voicing their own opinions on how 4-H can improve their role in the community. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in last Saturday’s event!

On March 06, 2023, 4-H Tinian collaborated with Haligi Aware in hosting a Mental Health Day for students at the Tinian Jr. Sr. High School Cafeteria. Students got the chance to participate in fun activities and build stronger relationships with one another. They were also given the opportunity to learn more about 4-H Marianas and coping skills that could help them in life. Special thanks to Mr. Frank Borja and Mrs. Mary Hocog-Brazzle from Haligi Aware for working together with us on this event.

On March 22, 2023, the 4-H Tinian Council conducted presentations at the NMC Crees Office with BECQ. There, students got to engage in fun activities, learn more about nutrition, and get an introduction to the different facilities that NMC Crees has to offer. Students also learned about the 3-Rs along with the importance of Recycling their trash.
