For summer programming support, contact your MARESA Literacy Coaches:

Support district teams in developing summer programming and completing the HB4048 grant application.
Provide classroom teachers with professional learning about summer reading (family engagement, literacy motivation, and access to texts)
Provide Title I teachers and summer school staff with professional learning and coaching on summer reading (book and/or instructional reading programs)
Facilitate summer reading planning meetings with school grade-level teams or building and district school improvement teams.
Facilitate connections with local libraries and community partners.
Provide parent engagement and workshop support
