Sadly Montell was unable to come on Friday, however, we were incredibly lucky to receive a visit from Pierre Henry-Fontaine! The last-minute cancellation turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the afternoon was so much fun and a wonderful experience overall.

We feel so lucky to have spent time with Pierre, learning about his career and his inspiring stories. Although we are worn out now, the circuit was great fun and every class enjoyed taking part - even the staff joined in!

We want to say a huge thank you for all of the support from parents, carers, wider family and friends in sponsoring your children. As a school, we raised nearly £1000 to fund new equipment to enrich learning, I know the children will really benefit from this, and we truly appreciate your support.

On Thursday, our football team travelled to Brunswick House Primary to compete in the League Cup. Despite their best efforts, the team lost 4-1. 

I have to give a special mention to our football team, it can feel really deflating to lose. Having the confidence to play every game as a team is a fantastic achievement in itself. I know we are all proud of you.
