Sponsored Athlete Visit
On Thursday 19th January, GB bobsleigh Olympian, Montell Douglas, will be visiting the school! We are all so excited about this opportunity for the children to take part in a circuit with her and hear all about her sports career. This will be a sponsored event where money raised goes towards new equipment to enrich learning. Sponsorship forms were sent home last week and our crowdfunding page is now live. We thank you in advance for sponsoring the children and supporting this fantastic opportunity.
Girls Football Player Development Centre
Come and join the Maidstone United Girls’ Player Development Centre. Sessions will run every Monday during term time at the Gallagher Stadium, at the following time:
16:30 to 17:30: School years 2 to 9
There will be specific coaching for goalkeepers and outfield players.

Christmas Soccer School
Maidstone United Soccer School is back for a Christmas special. They are throwing open the gates of the Gallagher for more football fun on Wednesday 21st December. As well as the coaching, there will be competitions, mini-tournaments and a visit from Santa!
The soccer school, which costs £30, is open to children in school years 2 to 9.
The session will run from 10:00 to 15:00, with check-in and collection half an hour either side.
With no more than 12 children to one coach, the groups will be organised by the age of players. All Maidstone United coaching staff are FA qualified and DBS checked.
