Add Check, address to " Maplewood Academy Music Department" and mail it to " Maplewood Academy 700 Main St. N. Hutchinson, MN 55350
"Click 'Make a Payment' and add the amount.
Where it says 'What is this payment for?' type 'Music Festival Music Department - (Add your school).'
Click the form of payment and enter your information.
Click 'Pay,' and you will receive a receipt via your email address.
Save the receipt, then fill out the Google form.
Pay cash at the office during Registration Day on April 3 at 1 p.m.
Fill out the form to submit the receipt.
