Agreement form

While logged into your AET account click on "Profile" and then "Experience Manager"

Click on the pencil to the left of the experience that you just entered.

4. 1. Fill out the Agreement form by carefully reading the directions on the page and then filling out the required information.  HIT SAVE  before leaving any page.

   2. Then click on the other highlighted tabs in gray and fill out all of the other sheets hitting save before leaving these pages also

   3. When all tabs are complete and filled out, click on “PDF Report” on the top of the page and follow prompts to print page

   4. Collect required signatures.  Mr. Gaul will sign when you have all other signatures and you turn in.
