Homework

Students will have homework most nights. You can generally expect 1 page of Math and 1 page for English/Language Arts most nights.  

Additionally, students should read independently 10-20 minutes nightly

Frequent math fact practice is also crucial for success and confidence with third grade math.

Students will need to complete 45 minutes of Math iReady per week.  Depending on their time management, most students will be able to complete this requirement during class time.

Thursday 9/7

•  Parent Letter Due Monday 9/11

• About Me Bag- Add 3 items to the paper bag that represent you.  (Don't send anything fragile or valuable).  

• Third day of Third-grade challenge will be held on Monday.  Students who complete the challenge to learn how to skip

 count by threes up to 30 will be rewarded.  

Friday 9/8
