Dr. Brandon

Hi! I’m Dr. Brandon. I will be teaching math and science this year. I have a PhD in educational psychology with an emphasis in creativity, giftedness, and talent development. I consider myself a Talent Scout and I look forward to finding out what you love and are great at.

I grew up in the western United States - mostly in Nevada - and went to college in Arizona and graduate school right here at UConn! I love to be outdoors hiking, swimming, gardening, and playing with my kids. There’s no bad weather, just bad gear! 

I live in Mansfield with my husband Rob, son Archer (7), and daughters Lyra (4) and Sylvia (18months). We have a fish tank and a veggie garden. I have been learning all about native plants and insects and I also have a big flower garden for bees and butterflies. I love to be creative, and gardening is one way that I do that.
