Reports

Our Auditor and Senior Staff are writing and reviewing financial and narrative reports. A financial report summarizes our income and expenditure over a certain period of time.

Financial reports are created by adding together similar transactions. Financial reports summarize the information held in the cashbook. This is normally done using a system of codes, to allocate transactions to different categories.

The narrative report describes all activities of Manovikas and shows interest in the projects and achieved results. We have a template of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and use it regularly.

The reporting addresses internals (board, members, staff) and external interested (donors, officials, etc.).
