Project Team

Project Team/Staff Members of Manovikas Charitable Society are responsible for the day-to-day functioning, and implementing of its programmers and projects. They report to the Project Head and Managing Secretary, who overall is responsible for the Manovikas's activities. Staff members of an Manovikas could be grouped into: (1) Administration (2) Teaching (3) Non-Teaching.

The staff positions and responsibilities outlined above are not, of course, fixed. Details of all staff members, their roles and responsibilities, and overall Manovikas structure are concertized by including them in the Manovikas's by-laws. The organizational structure itself may change over time, depending on how the programs and projects are and new ones initiated.
