At Manor Lakes P-12 College, we are dedicated to supporting our students and their academic, social and emotional needs. Often families seek support from the College to explore learning supports and possible funding for their child to best support their learning. If you can answer yes to any of the questions above, we encourage parents to contact key staff in the college to see what criteria your child/ren may meet.

Collaborative development of an Individual Learning Plan that targets learning goals to point of need to maximise learning outcomes
Collaborative development of a Positive Support Plan that outlines strategies for both students and staff that aims to reduce behaviour incidences
Semesterly Student Support Group meetings to review and evaluate goals and plans
Participation in structured group learning that focuses on social and emotional skills and strategies
Collaborative development of Emergency Management Plans for students who find self-regulation challenging
Support to link in with external services aimed at supporting wellbeing and school engagement.
