Project Global Citizenship is an initiative of Manor Lakes P-12 College designed to support secondary students (years 7 - 9) to develop essential language, AI and digital literacy, as well as social, communication, technical, and professional skills to meet the ever-changing needs in our contemporary world.
The Project demonstrates a holistic approach to education, applying Design Thinking and Project Based Learning pedagogies which encourage students to think creatively, expand their skill sets, and to take risks to ideate and experiment with technologies and creative pursuits that they might not have had access to, or had the confidence to practise previously.
Through this, students are equipped with real world skills adaptable for all workplaces, as well as, supporting them to thrive in their future endeavours and communities as collaborative and inspired leaders.
