This course is strongly recommended for students pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or careers working with children and youth in various capacities. Preschool Lab provides the opportunities to plan and coordinate a preschool lab space nestled within our high school FCS Department. A digital portfolio will be developed and the Child Development Associate (CDA) competency areas, observations, and advanced lesson planning will be incorporated. The portfolio is a resume builder for learners entering the field .
