Whole School Assembly is held every second Friday at 2 pm in the hall.
All children should be at school by 8:50 am but not before 8:00 am. When children arrive late it is disruptive for them, the teacher and the rest of the class.
The Ministry of Education considers all holiday travel either within New Zealand or overseas to be unjustified absence. Please try to avoid holidays during term time to ensure the best education for your child can continue.
All food at school is healthy and nutritious. As a 'Health Promoting School' we receive a piece of free fruit and a carton of milk for each child each day.
FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS ONLY (YEARS 7 AND 8)
The uniform is worn in preparation towards going to college. The uniform is compulsory and can be purchased from 'The Warehouse' Airport shopping Centre, John Goulter Drive, Mangere. Please wear sensible black or white footwear with the uniform and any clothing worn beneath the uniform must be dark blue or black.
NO HOODIES ALLOWED
Stationery packs are available for purchase at the school office. Prices include shared equipment, device usage and Discovery.
If your child needs to take medication at school, we will need you to sign a permission slip allowing us to administer the medication to your child. All the medication will be kept in the sickbay. It is not our policy to administer non-prescription medicine to students at school.
Please inform us if your child has a medical problem and the severity of the problem. We are particular concerned to know about children who have asthma or are allergic to stings, food or medicine.
