Ensure your design meets the following requirements:
All objects are dropped to the base work plane. All objects should be touching the bottom. If they are hovering they will not stick to the base plate.
Make sure you do not have overhanging pieces that extend more than 45' from the previous layer.
Check to make sure your measurements are correct and the units you are using are consistent with the processing stage in the machine setup.
Make sure STL file is flat on baseplate
Set infill to minium accptable percentage
Determine if your print will need a raft
Check speed and feed rate
Check fillament type and temperature settings
Connect using correct COMM number
Make sure the bed is clear and flat
Complete a zeroing test to make sure your print will evenly adhere to the base plate.
Check filament spool is not tangled and connected through the guide tube to the extruder.
Make sure extruder is clean and clear
If you made something that you would like to print then please make the file “public” and share the link with me.
