1. Cut tissue paper or construction paper into 1x1 inch squares2. Using a glue brush and watered down liquid elmer's glue, paint glue in a ring around the bottom of a toilet paper tube3. Attach the square of colored paper at an angle (diamond position) on top of the row of glue4. Fill the whole row with colored squares5. Paint the next row of glue above the previous row, and slightly overlapping the one below. 6. Again, attach the square of colored paper at an angle (diamond position) on top of the row of glue7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the tube is fully covered in colored diamonds. 8. Allow glue to fully dry, about an hour.9. Hole punch two holes on the top edge (the side you ended on), across from each other.10. Cut a 8 inch piece of yarn 11. Thread the yarn through the holes, and tie a knot12. Using Liquid Elmers glue, attach googly eyes near the hole punch holes. (hold for 30sec to secure)13. Using yarn or tissue paper add a tail14. Hand the wind sock on a stick or hook and enjoy!
Yarn Tail: 1. Cut 30+ strips of yarn that are 5 inches long2. Using hot glue, and a popsicle stick glue the pieces of yarn into the bottom of the tub3. Fill until you have a full tail!
Tissue Paper Tail1. Cut 30+ strips of 1/2inch wide 5 inch long strips of tissue paper. 2. Using liquid elmer's glue, paint glue inside the bottom of the tube3. Attach the tissue paper strips inside the tube4. Repeat until you have a full tail!

"The Chinese myth goes that brave carps could transform into dragons when they climbed up rapid falls. In Japan, based on the legend, we put up Koinobori, or carp-shaped streamers, in the sky from April to May 5th, Japan's Children's Day, hoping the children will rise like a dragon.
The spring sky was decorated with a lot of colorful carps even in urban areas like Tokyo when I was a kid, however, now you hardly see them swimming in the sky in cities filled with buildings. Fortunately, a Koinobori event takes place every year in my city, Kawaguchi. Nowadays a lot of cities hold this kind of event and fly Koinobori. You can enjoy them even if you don't have enough space to put them up in your garden."
