Welcome to Elementary School Robotics

About the Program

Mancelona Elementary School has been introduced to robotics by Mr. Twichel. He has the students coding robotics using different sites like TinkerCad and Code.org. They code tiny finch robots created by Birdbrain Technologies. These robots can be coded to light up and play music, as well as the normal movement that students can code.  The courses shown in the video were built on smaller tables by Mr. Twichel himself. We spoke to Mr. Twichel and  he stated they would be getting bigger tables and the students would get to create the courses.
