Process Improvement
Watching frontline staff identify process improvements through their real-world insights is inspiring. Integrated Strategy Associates works across the organization, building on our strategic planning and facilitation expertise to help teams to identify, document, and critique process improvements.
Our process improvement documentation approach is unique in that we aim to reduce complexity, so that a broader audience can quickly understand, assess, and support proposed process improvement recommendations. Once approved, the documentation can be easily uploaded to shared information systems so that staff can get faster access to the right answer--turning "standard" procedures into the procedures they are actually using.
